Gail’s role as a client service assistant is broad. She is a key member of the team responsible for onboarding new clients, supporting provider reviews, managing client enquiries, servicing our platforms, and assisting clients with reviews and consultations.
Part of the Client Service team, Gail is always a friendly face and supportive first point of contact for our clients.

free time
Out of work, Gail keeps active with travelling, cycling, walking, and HIIT classes. When not exercising, she will be home with her cat, Douglas, planning her next big adventure. Next on the list? Husky sledding in Iceland.
