As a client service adviser, Lisa is one of the first friendly voices clients hear when reaching out to us. Her role includes liaising with providers, organising and prioritising administrative tasks, and maintaining records to assist with client queries.
Lisa loves being at the heart of our service and helping clients feel at ease, be it their first call or a more personal chat after building a relationship with them.

Lisa holds a degree in Psychology, for which her dissertation is under peer review and will soon be published. She is an avid gluten-free baker, has developed her own secret signature cake recipe, and loves board games or a morning of anime, ideally accompanied by a butterscotch latte.
